I have proudly owned Samantha James for over 15 years and cannot be happier to continue providing excellent service to my longstanding and ever-growing client base. Salon Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Deposits

All appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if adequate notice of rescheduling is provided.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service cost being charged.

These charges reflect the time reserved and loss of business incurred.

3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. Full service charges may still apply.

4. Consultations & Colour Services

All colour services are carried out following consultation and professional recommendation. While every effort is made to achieve agreed results, outcomes can vary depending on hair history, condition, and previous treatments disclosed.

5. Satisfaction & Corrections

If you are unhappy with your service, you must notify us within 48 hours.

Where appropriate, we will offer an opportunity to assess and, if necessary, adjust the service. We must be given the opportunity to review the work before any corrective action is undertaken elsewhere.

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or where a service has been completed in accordance with the consultation provided.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 48 hours to allow us the opportunity to assess the concern. Where appropriate, we may offer an adjustment or corrective appointment.

We must be given the opportunity to review and, if necessary, rectify the service before any corrective work is undertaken elsewhere. If corrective work is carried out by another salon without giving us that opportunity, we reserve the right to decline any refund request.

Refunds, where agreed at management discretion, are not automatic and will reflect the individual circumstances. Any refund offered may be partial and will not exceed the original service cost.

All agreed refunds will be processed via the original payment method and must be completed in person at the salon.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

8. Right to Refuse Service


We reserve the right to refuse service where behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, or unreasonable.
